• Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics (website analytics), Google Meet (video coaching calls), Google Workspace (email)

We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. International Data Transfers

Because we operate from the United Arab Emirates and use service providers based in the United States, your personal data may be transferred outside the country where you reside.

When transferring personal data outside the UAE, we ensure adequate protections are in place as required by the PDPL, including contractual safeguards with our service providers.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions where available, or your explicit consent for transfers outside the EEA. For more details, contact support@artofaudacity.com.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Account and course data: Duration of your account, unless you request earlier deletion.

• Payment and transaction records: 7 years (UAE commercial and tax requirements).

• Marketing data: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Deleted within 30 days of your request.

• Analytics data (Google Analytics): Identifiable data retained no longer than 26 months. Aggregated data may be kept indefinitely.

• Booking data (Calendly): Duration of the business relationship plus 2 years.

• Support correspondence: 2 years after last interaction.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

To unsubscribe from marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to ManyChat messages.
